Depending on the layout, a bedroom can be a tranquil haven of relaxation and rest or a tidy, elegant room with contemporary furniture. Any single bed is a perfect size for children or teenagers or could be used as a guest bed. A double bed is much wider than a single bed and is a better size for a couple to share whereas a king size bed is the biggest available and suits taller people which gives them an extra few inches on length. If required more sizes can be manufactured by special order. Remember that the actual bed frame will be bigger than the mattress you buy, you should consider this when measuring the room.
When redecorating your bedroom you should keep in mind to leave around 2 feet of space around the bed to make changing the sheets easier for you! Dressing tables and wide wardrobes need space for the doors to swing open without the obstructed. A bedroom that is filled with furniture will make it feel cramped and less cosy, you should just have enough to store all your clothes to hide them from being in view.
